You are trusting us with unpublished work. This page explains exactly what happens to your files and your account data.
Uploads and downloads travel over encrypted connections to private storage. Files are never served from a public bucket.
Your writing and your translations are never added to shared model datasets, and never used to improve anyone else's output.
Project files are removed automatically after delivery, and you can request earlier deletion at any time.
You keep every right you had in your original work and in the translated edition. We claim no licence over your content.
To use the upload flow you create an account, so we hold your email address and a hashed password. We use it to sign you in, associate your books with you, and show you the status of a translation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your PDF is parsed on your own device to determine the page count and price. That means you can see the exact quote before you commit to anything, and it means the file is not sent anywhere until you choose to upload it.
We set a single session cookie when you log in. It is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite, and it exists to keep you signed in — not to track you across other sites. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
File storage and delivery use a specialised object-storage provider, and the site is served through a CDN. Our review widget is provided by Trustpilot. None of them are given permission to use your manuscript for their own purposes.
You can ask us to delete your files or your account at any time by writing to asif.bookstranslation@gmail.com. Deletion of an account also removes its associated project files.
Upload your PDF and see your exact price from the detected page count — before you commit.
