About

We translate whole books — and keep every page intact.

Books Translation turns a finished manuscript into a print-ready edition in another language, in hours instead of months. This is who does that work and how it is done.

What we actually do

We are a book-translation service built around one constraint: a translated book is only finished when every page still reads — and looks — like the original. Illustrations stay where they were placed, headings keep their levels, tables keep their structure, and the page turns land where the author put them.

Most translation tools optimise for words. That is the easy half. The hard half is the page: the artwork, the typography, the rhythm of a spread. That is the half we build for.

How a book moves through the pipeline

Every book follows the same five steps, and you see the price before any of them begin. The full breakdown lives on how it works.

1 · Upload your PDF

Your file is parsed in your own browser to count pages accurately, so the quote comes from your actual book rather than an estimate.

2 · Language, layout, complexity

We read the words and the pages together — chapters, headings, illustrations, type, and flow — before any translation starts.

3 · Context-aware translation

Translation happens with full-chapter context, so idioms, pacing, humour, and character voice carry over instead of being rendered sentence by sentence.

4 · Layout-preserving typesetting

Type and artwork are balanced on every translated page so the new edition mirrors the original rather than collapsing into plain text.

5 · Print-ready delivery

You receive publication-grade files built for distribution, not drafts. Books up to 200 pages typically land in 24–48 hours.

6 · Literary review (Editorial)

The Editorial plan adds native-language literary review on top of the draft — the layer that separates a reader-ready book from a machine output.

The standard we hold

Machine speed and human judgement do different jobs. AI drafts with full-book context; native-language reviewers refine cadence, idiom, and tone. Pricing is per page, quoted before work begins, so there is no per-word negotiation and no scope creep. See the rates.

Your manuscript stays yours

Files are encrypted in transit and while they are being processed, never used to train models, and removed on a defined schedule after delivery. For an unreleased or publisher-bound manuscript, NDA support is available before you upload — contact us first. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
