Contact

Talk to a human about your book.

Whether you are pricing a single novel or a whole catalogue, or you need an NDA before uploading an unreleased manuscript, here is how to reach us.

What we can help with

A quote for a specific book

Send the page count (or the PDF) and the target language. Per-page pricing means the quote is arithmetic, not a negotiation.

Catalogue and series work

Publishers translating several titles or a series: we can scope volume, sequencing, and terminology consistency across books.

NDA and unreleased manuscripts

Working on something embargoed or contractually sensitive? Ask for NDA support before you upload anything.

Something broken

Upload or download trouble, a price that looks wrong, or a file that will not parse — tell us the book and what you saw.

What to include in your first message

A short message with four details lets us answer with a real number instead of a follow-up question:

  1. The language pair — from which language, into which.
  2. The approximate page count, or the PDF itself so we can count it.
  3. Whether the book is illustrated, since artwork affects the layout work.
  4. Your deadline, if you are working to one.

Per-page rates are published up front on the cost page, so you can price the job yourself before writing to us.

Rights and permissions

We translate books you have the right to translate. If you are the author or you hold the translation rights, you are set. If standard publishing contracts are involved, translation rights are usually reserved to the rights holder, so please check before sending a manuscript.

Response times

We are a small team, so replies are written by a person rather than a queue — expect an answer within one business day. Translation turnaround is a different clock entirely: books up to 200 pages typically deliver in 24–48 hours, and longer books in 3–5 days, as set out in the terms of service.

Before you contact us

For anything a written record matters on — a publisher agreement, an invoice, or a correction to a delivered book — use email rather than WhatsApp. Short questions about turnaround, pricing or uploads are usually faster on WhatsApp.

Start with a single page.

Upload your PDF and see your exact price from the detected page count — before you commit.
